1. Students can borrow books after showing their identity cards.
2. Students belonging to physically challenged/SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy
layer)/EWS/meritorious categories are also entitled to borrow books from the
students’ aid fund collection.
3. An overdue charge for books is Rs.1.00 per day.
4. Before getting the books issued from the Library, the pages should be checked
thoroughly and if the pages are missing or marked by pen/pencil kindly get it signed
by the person on duty at the counter. While returning the book, if the pages are
found missing or marked by pen/pencil, the borrower will be responsible.
5. Physically challenged students are entitled to be served first.
6. Reference books, journals, newspapers and magazines, etc., are available for use
within the Library.
7. Personal books, magazines and other printed material are not allowed in the
Library.
8. The students are required to maintain proper discipline and decorum in the Library.
9. Library is a silent zone; therefore, complete silence should be observed.
10. Cell phones should be switched off/put on silent mode before entering the Library.
11. Students must keep their bags and other belongings (excluding money and
valuables) at the property counter.
12. Students can give their suggestions for purchase of books and for improvement of
Library services at the circulation counter of the Library.
13. Students can always contact the librarian/Library staff for help in using the Library.
